The International Clinical Epigenetics Conference (CLEPIC), held from 5-7 June 2024 at the Nencki Institute in Warsaw, was a stimulating three-day event dedicated to the forefront of epigenetics. With 142 registered attendees and 58 posters presented, the conference was a vibrant centre of activity and innovation. This event showcased the latest pioneering research in epigenetics, bringing together experts and enthusiasts to share knowledge, inspire innovation, and foster new connections and collaborations. Attendees explored a broad array of topics, from new technological approaches for identifying epigenetic biomarkers and developing novel epigenetic-targeting therapeutics to understanding fundamental epigenetic mechanisms governing cell cycles and cancer, as well as advanced methods for editing epigenomes.
